All items are posted via Royal Mail or Parcel Force for peace of mind.

Individual soap bars are posted via Royal Mail 2nd class.

Items are posted via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class.

Sorry but I do not accept international orders at this time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I can only accept returns on unused unopened soaps and products. Goods that are returned in an unsalable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value.

If you receive a damaged item or product, then please follow these steps, so that I can resolve your query as quickly as possible.
​
1. Please photograph the item and contact me immediately via the "Contact us" page found at the bottom of the website and, ideally within 1-2 days, with your order number, the date of purchase, and any details that are relevant to that sale. I will respond (within 1-2 working days) with a resolution to refund or replace the item.
​
2. Please return the item (unused) in all the original packaging, as I cannot refund or replace used items.
When an item is returned and not exchanged I will refund the total (the original postage cost and the item cost), to you, (the customer), within 5 working days of receiving that item. Or I will replace your items and post them free of charge in accordance with the returns and refund policies.
